Cost per person $270.00 (plus applicable taxes)

Once your reservation has been received confirmation will be sent via email. 

Bear Scrap Retreat requires a non-refundable $50.00 deposit at time of reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to check-in

You may use our secure PayPal connections (see below) to make payments. 
You will not need a PayPal Account.

Policy Information

Check-in at 6:00 p.m. (EST) Friday with check-out by 3:00 p.m. Sunday
Early check in fee $50.oo

If you have food allergies please notify us at least thirty days (30) prior to your arrival so that we may accommodate you accordingly.  If we are not made aware of your allergies prior to check-in we may not be able to accommodate special requests upon your arrival.  It is imperative that we have this information prior to your stay for your enjoyment.


Bear Scrap Retreat will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen goods during your weekend retreat.  We are also not held liable for any damages or injuries which may occur before, during or after a Bear Scrap Weekend Retreat.  Management reserves the right to maintain a 4 guest minimum.


Please note that the equipment and tools belonging to Bear Scrap Retreat are there for your enjoyment and use.  Please be courteous to the other guests as well as to Bear Scrap Retreat when utilizing them.  We ask that you do not use the equipment and tools excessively to create "make and take" projects with you.
